This policy explains what can be refunded, when, and how. It is written in plain language and is meant to be read alongside our Terms of Service.
The chart is free
Your BaZi chart — the four pillars, your Day Master, and five-element balance — is computed for free. There is nothing to pay for the chart, and nothing to refund on it.
What is refundable
The only paid product is the full reading: a one-time US$24 purchase, with no subscription and no recurring charges. This policy applies to that US$24 report.
30-day, no-questions-asked window
The reading is built on a deterministic classical-BaZi facts engine. If the computation is wrong — the wrong pillars, Day Master, or elemental balance for the birth details you entered — we refund you in full, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase.
Because the interpretation is generated and BaZi is offered for reflection and entertainment rather than as professional advice, we cannot promise you will agree with every line. But if something about your purchase disappointed you, write to us within the 30-day window and we will do our best to make it right.
How to request a refund
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address you used at checkout, and include your order or receipt reference. Tell us briefly what went wrong — for a computation error, that is all we need.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear.
Digital delivery
Reports are digital goods, generated and delivered to the email you provide right after purchase. Receiving your report does not remove your refund rights under this policy, or any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
